Individual Criteria

These awards recognise the visionary leaders across the European ICT sector who are driving innovation and enhancing their organisations through cutting-edge technology implementations.

The awards will be judged based on four criteria: the individual’s role model qualities in demonstrating high standards and continuous personal development; measurable success through impactful IT initiatives with long-term cost benefits; commitment to sustainability and advocacy; and the use of innovation in enhancing their organisation.

  • ICT Team of the Year

  • This award recognises an outstanding ICT team in Europe that has demonstrated a collaborative approach to technology implementation over the past year, resulting in overall improved business operations or growth.

  • Outstanding Woman in Tech

  • This award recognises the outstanding achievements of a woman in the technology industry, celebrating her leadership, vision and impact. It highlights projects or initiatives that have driven meaningful change, achieved sustainable success and exemplified innovation, while honouring the values and approach that define her inspiring leadership journey.

  • Rising Star

  • The Rising Star award recognises emerging talent in the field of technology leadership. It honours an outstanding professional from mid-level to advanced who stands out in their organisation as a high performer in the application and management of IT.

  • CIO of the Year

  • This award recognises an exceptional individual who has used technology to support and grow their business. The winner will have been responsible for leading their team’s strategic vision to align technology and business goals to drive organisational transformation. This individual embraces and encourages innovation while managing the responsibilities of this C-Suite role and contributing significantly to overall business strategy.

  • CISO of the Year

  • This award identifies and celebrates the dedication of an exceptional Chief Information Security Officer who has demonstrated outstanding leadership, strategic vision and a commitment to improving their organisation’s cybersecurity. This individual has successfully navigated complex security challenges, implemented innovative solutions and driven a culture of resilience and awareness within their organisation.

  • CTO of the Year

  • This award identifies and celebrates the dedication of an exceptional Chief Technology Officer who has led a team of technology experts to deliver innovative projects over the last year. This individual is adept at creating a technology strategy that enables business growth and/or efficiencies.

  • AI Champion of the Year

  • This award identifies and celebrates an individual who is championing AI within their organisation and leveraging this technology to improve business and/or customer experiences.

  • Marketing Leader of the Year

  • This award celebrates the tangible impact of marketing initiatives that leverage technology on overall business outcomes. This individual looks beyond campaign execution and delivers on a strategic vision to improve outcomes for their organisation.

  • Sustainability Champion of the Year

  • This award recognises an individual who drives positive change and fosters a culture of sustainability. The individual has developed and implemented a compelling sustainability vision for the organisation, demonstrating initiatives to reduce the environmental impact of IT.

  • Channel Leader of the Year

  • This award honours an individual that has made an impact within the channel community, demonstrating influence and innovation to help their business to scale. Examples could include new partner enablement programmes, sustainable and Green IT projects, ecosystem expansion or new regional appointments and growth.
