At the cutting edge of technology and transformation, Sheeba Sultan Hasnain stands out as a distinguished AI expert, visionary leader, and Chairwoman & CIO of SENTIENTE, a pioneering platform for green book publishing and technology innovation.

Throughout her extensive career, she has developed deep expertise across a wide spectrum of domains, including Digital Transformation, project management and infrastructure development, Business Process Automation and systems analysis, strategic planning and research and development.
Sheeba has earned a reputation as a trusted and respected expert in the UAE Government and MNCs. She has been speaker in various leadership and technical forums, solidifying her position as a thought leader in the field. Driven by an unwavering passion for AI and business, she is currently pursuing her PhD in Business at a prestigious UAE university.

Her career is marked by numerous accolades and recognitions for high-impact projects and outstanding performance. Her most recent accolades (2023-2025) are as follows: Being named among the CIO 50 Middle East by IDC, The World CIO 200 by GEC Media, World 100 CIO by Marlow Business School London and receiving global recognition in women-specific categories Women in AI, Women in Business & Technology, Chief in Tech Leader awards. She is also the Vice President of the Alumni Council at Skyline University College, UAE, and has served on the Judging Panel for the Intelligent ICT Awards. These distinctions exalt her pivotal role in advancing Digital Transformation initiatives that drive operational excellence and contribute to sustainability and innovation.

Beyond her work in technology and publishing, Sheeba is the visionary force behind Women Empowering Women, an initiative dedicated to uplift women through storytelling, mentorship, and inspiration. She is the author of ‘Thankfulness: The Art’ and Lead Author of ‘Women Empowering Women’.
Her journey, defined by resilience, vision, and transformation, continues to redefine innovation and leadership through SENTIENTE’s mission of ethical, intelligent and inclusive technology.

Alex’s research focuses on the interaction of supply chain, finance and digital technology. Applying data science and economic modelling methods, his work mainly evolves around two themes: 1) the interaction of operational and financial decisions in supply chains (trade credit, supply chain finance and FinTech); and 2) governance and operations of digital technologies (innovations in platform governance and managing and regulating Artificial Intelligence). He has published in top management and finance journals and holds editorial positions at several prestigious international academic journals.

Beyond academic research, Alex actively engages with the wider public through popular media. His insights have gained recognition in major news outlets, including Bloomberg, The Economist, Financial Times, Forbes and The Washington Post. He has also been interviewed and quoted by the BBC, CNBC and The New York Times, among others.

An award-winning teacher, Alex teaches a wide range of classes in MBA, EMBA and executive programmes. His teaching portfolio encompasses subjects such as data science, digital technology, value chain management, business resilience, supply chain finance and FinTech.

Alex has consulted for and collaborated with companies including United Airlines, Citadel Investment Group, Didi Chuxing, and Alibaba Group. He has also served as an international consultant at Asian Development Bank, specialising in trade finance and FinTech. He is currently working with companies in the areas of supply chain finance, FinTech, platform governance and data science.

Enas Musa Al-lozi, BSc, MSc, PhD is an Associate Professor at Zayed University. Enas has pursued her PhD in information systems and computing at a very young age from Brunel University London by the year 2011, and that gave her the opportunity of being exposed to several administrative and academic activities at an early stage of her career path.

Her expertise has helped her lead several faculty committees including the computing & e-learning committee, scientific research committee, other than participating within the AACSB and quality assurance committees.

Al-lozi oversees the international/hybrid learning program at the faculty. Her research interests cover topics of systems analysis and design, E-business, enterprise systems, web applications and technology adoption and acceptance. She has published several research papers with local and international co-authors within highly ranked and well recognised journals.

Al-lozi is always eager to learn more and gain expertise and knowledge within her academic career path through the continuous engagement and involvement with international curriculum and extra-curriculum activities.

Mariana Missakian, known as That Mom Lady, is a storyteller, best-selling author, TEDx speaker, and doctoral candidate reshaping the conversations on mothers in leadership.

Armenian by origin, born in Lebanon, and raised in Dubai, she spent over 15 years being knows as That Boss Lady building strategies and driving change working for the biggest tech companies in the world.

But it wasn’t until she became a mom, and suddenly she was treated as a liability instead of an asset, that she took on the mission to build mother-inclusive workplaces (not just mother-friendly), because as she says: “women lead when mothers lead”

In 2021, she published her motherhood memoir That Suburbia Lady, exploring authenticity, choices, and identity. The book was added to the Mohammed Bin Rashid Library collection in 2022, and in 2023 she was featured as a rising local author at the Emirates Literature Festival. That same year, she delivered a TEDx talk on the power of personal stories and how they shape identities. In 2024, she launched The UNMUTE Project, a storytelling platform amplifying brave, underrepresented voices to challenge silence, systems, and stereotypes.

Mariana is on a mission to reshape conversations and systems around mothers’ identity, inclusion, and leadership.

And when she’s not writing and speaking about mothers in leadership, Mariana can be found baking skittles cupcakes and sorting Pokémon cards with her 12 year old son, Enzo.
