Musa Khuzwayo is a visionary communicator, media strategist, and one of South Africa’s most dynamic young leaders — using digital platforms, faith, and storytelling to amplify the voices of his generation.

At just 21, Musa has earned two Global Youth Award nominations for leadership and impact and took centre stage alongside Prince Harry at the Sentebale event, representing African youth on global issues like mental health, access, and technology.

He is a radio host on Alex FM, where he leads sharp, real conversations on youth identity, culture, and purpose. He has also written for UNICEF, using storytelling to push conversations that matter.

Musa currently serves as the Creative Head at Rhema Youth, where he fuses media, faith, and design to build spaces that are both spiritually vibrant and culturally relevant. He previously held the role of Head of Media, Image, and Expression at IkamvaYouth, capturing the stories of South Africa’s learners with authenticity and power.

From leading productions to developing data-powered solutions with his team, Musa’s work has made waves in media, ministry, and youth development. He was also a top three finalist for Mr South Africa Teen 2021, celebrated for both leadership and presence.
